Welcome to the Loipersdorf Thermentriathlon to be held on Sunday 14^th August 2011.

2008 was an exciting race with beautiful warm weather and 400 competitors. Due to the popularity of this event we have increased the maximum number of competitors to 400 for 2008 but register early to make sure you don’t miss out on this great event.

The pre-race pasta party is at Loipersdorf Centre on Saturday 13^th at 6pm.

Your entry fee includes all the following; - one free ticket to the pre-race pasta party, great post-race food, post-race massage, post-race pasta meal and a sports shirt.

All races will be electronically timed with competitors wearing timing chips.

Closing Date: 1^st August 2008.

If spaces are available you can enter after the 1^st August. An additional fee of 8 Euro applies. Race limited to first 400 entries with payment.

Race Packs: Collect at Loipersdorf Centre between 1600hrs and 1900hrs on Saturday 13^th August. Your race pack will include race numbers.

You will also collect your timing chip at this time which requires a deposit of 25 Euro of which 23 euro is refunded when you return the timing chip after the race.

Courses: SWIM: 4 laps of a rectangular style course marked with buoys in the very large outdoors sport pool. Wetsuits are allowed if the water temp is below 24 degrees C.

BIKE: 1 lap of 40km in beautiful Austrian country side. There are some moderate hills and fast downhill sections to put some spice in the race.

Drafting is not permitted and event officials on motorbikes will be checking for drafting. Penalties apply.

Drink station at approx. 20km
